Everything in Comfort Club + 2-system coverage + 20% repair discount + free filters + workmanship warranty
Comfort Club Plus is our most popular plan because it covers most Oklahoma homes with two systems (upstairs/downstairs zoning, separate heat pump for a finished basement or detached space, dual-fuel setups, or just an aging primary plus a younger secondary). At $289, it's the right tier for the typical 2,000-3,500 sq ft home in Edmond, OKC, Norman, or Moore.
Homes with two HVAC systems or zones. Common setups: dual-fuel (heat pump + gas furnace), upstairs/downstairs split, primary system + heat pump for a finished addition. Also right for homes with a high-end system (Carrier Infinity, Trane variable-speed) where the bigger repair discount adds up.
All 7 benefits from Comfort Club apply: 2 tune-ups, priority dispatch, no overtime, $89 diagnostic waived, safety inspection, performance report.
Each of your systems gets its own tune-ups, its own performance report, and its own coverage. For dual-fuel homes, both the heat pump and the gas furnace are inspected each season. For zoned homes, each zone is individually checked. Total: 4 tune-up visits per year covering 2 systems.
The 20% rate applies to both systems. On a $1,500 compressor replacement, that's $300 back vs. the basic $225. On a $2,800 evaporator coil replacement, $560 back. Plus members tend to do work-order bundling — multiple smaller repairs in one visit get the discount stacked.
We bring and install filters during tune-up visits. Up to 4 standard 1-inch filters per year included. For 4-5-inch media filters we'll install one per year free, then bill at member discount for additional. Saves you $30-$80/year and ensures filters actually get changed on time.
Any repair we do under the plan is covered for parts and labor for 12 full months. If a capacitor we installed fails in 11 months, we replace it free including labor. This is a real warranty backed by Charlie personally, not a manufacturer pass-through.
Each spring tune-up includes electronic leak detection on the refrigerant system. Catches leaks before they grow into a major loss. Refrigerant top-off is billed at member discount if needed, but the inspection itself is free.
Every tune-up tests the start capacitor microfarads (against spec) and the contactor pull-in voltage. Aged capacitors get flagged before they fail. Most non-member homes lose their AC in July because of a capacitor that was fine in October but degraded by June — we catch these.
On 2 systems with 2 service calls per year (typical for older systems): $178 in diagnostic + repair savings (like Comfort Club) × 2 systems = $356. Plus free filters $80/year, plus 4 tune-ups worth $436 retail. Total value: ~$872. Plan cost: $289. Net benefit: ~$580/year. For homes that have a major repair in any given year, the plan often pays back 3-5x.

For most new systems, yes. The tune-up documentation satisfies manufacturer warranty maintenance requirements (Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman all require annual professional maintenance). Without documented maintenance, parts warranties can be voided.
Yes. Call or text us and we prorate the unused months. No early-termination fees.
The leak detection and refrigerant charge inspection are included. Refrigerant itself is billed at the member discount if needed. We do not charge for "topping off" — if you need refrigerant, we find the leak first.
Older systems still benefit from maintenance, but we will also give you an honest replacement assessment. The plan includes a complimentary replacement quote if your system is at end-of-life.
Members are flagged in our scheduling system. When same-day requests come in, members get the next available slot. In peak summer that typically means 2-4 hour response vs. 1-2 day response for non-members.
Yes. Many landlords add Comfort Club Plus to rentals because the priority dispatch reduces tenant complaints. We coordinate access directly with tenants.
Yes — your choice. Transfer to the new owner (we mail them a welcome packet) or cancel with prorated refund.
