We quote before we work. Service diagnostic is $89 and gets waived when you approve the repair. Parts and labor are quoted upfront, in writing, before we turn any screws. You won't see a final bill that's different from what we quoted unless we find something additional that requires your approval first.

Furnace repairs: $180–$700 depending on the issue (ignitor replacement, flame sensor, gas valve, draft inducer).

AC installations: $4,500–$9,500 for complete central AC systems. Free in-home estimates.

Furnace installations: $3,800–$7,500 for 80–98% AFUE gas furnaces. Free in-home estimates.

Maintenance tune-ups: $89 for a single-system inspection, $149 for both AC and furnace.

2. Honest Repair vs. Replace Advice

If your system is fixable, we'll fix it. If it's truly at end-of-life — 15+ years old with R-22 refrigerant and multiple failures — we'll tell you honestly that replacement makes more sense. We'd rather lose a $500 repair today than have you call us back in 6 months because the repair we sold you failed.
